Christopher Goes

Christopher Goes has played a significant role in the blockchain and decentralization space, beginning his journey by developing Zchain, a widely utilized explorer for ZCash. He also contributed to the creation of the Wyvern DEX protocol, which is integral to NFT marketplaces such as OpenSea. In 2018, Goes joined Tendermint/Cosmos, where he became a core developer and the author and lead developer of the Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC) protocol, enhancing interoperability among different blockchain networks. Further expanding his influence in the field, he co-founded Cryptium Labs and Metastate, alongside partners Adrian and Awa, focusing on advancing blockchain technology and infrastructure.
