Melanie Smith

Melanie Smith, originally from northern New England, holds a degree in Marine Biology. She has a diverse background, including several years managing a pet store with over 20 employees. In February 2021, Melanie joined the HCB team as the Operations Lead and was later promoted to Director of Operations. In her current role, she is responsible for steering the company towards its vision and facilitating growth, utilizing her extensive experience in team management and operational leadership.
