The firm took significant steps to offset its emissions, counterbalancing 641 tonnes of carbon dioxide in 2019 and 57 tonnes in 2020. These offsets were achieved by supporting a solar cooker project in Zhangye, Gansu province, China. This initiative not only demonstrates Emso's dedication to reducing its environmental impact but also highlights its proactive approach to corporate responsibility. As a result, Emso received certification as a Carbon Neutral Company under the Carbon Footprint Standard for both years.
