Matthew Arnould

Matthew Arnould is an accomplished legal expert with a robust background in both the legal and technology sectors. He began his career in the technology field, helping a healthcare system design and implement enterprise-level software systems. Transitioning to law, Arnould practiced at prestigious law firms such as Ropes & Gray and Choate Hall & Stewart, where he advised technology companies, asset managers, and various other businesses. He holds an A.B. from Middlebury College, studied at the London School of Economics, and earned a J.D., cum laude with honors, from Northwestern Law. Arnould’s legal expertise is particularly strong in the areas of complex commercial and business litigation. His significant contributions to the legal field were recognized when he was named a Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Star. As the first General Counsel for a $10 billion asset manager, he managed the firm’s legal and regulatory departments and played a key role across all core business functions.
