Jonathan Yu

Jonathan Yu serves as the Chief Operating Officer, bringing a robust educational background with an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an AB in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard College. His career is marked by significant achievements in the biopharmaceutical sector, notably as a co-founder of Qpex Biopharma where he was pivotal in the company’s spin-out, Series A financing, and partnerships. Prior to this, Yu held various leadership positions at The Medicines Company, including Vice President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development, where he played a crucial role in the divestiture of infectious disease assets to Melinta Therapeutics and the acquisition of Rempex Pharmaceuticals. His extensive experience also spans roles at SR One, Acceleron Pharma, and Johnson & Johnson, where he focused on commercial planning and assessment, business development, and finance.
