Tatiana Kalinina currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Dexory, having joined the company with over 15 years of commercial experience in the technology sector. She has held several executive leadership positions across a range of technology businesses, from established blue-chip companies to dynamic startups. Notably, she played a pivotal role in leading THG Ingenuity through its initial public offering (IPO). Kalinina’s expertise spans general management, go-to-market strategies, monetization strategy, international expansion, and people functions. She began her career in investment banking after graduating from Oxford University. Over the years, she has successfully built and led global revenue functions for diverse technology businesses, including Adtech, Data SaaS, and comprehensive eCommerce and logistics solutions. Kalinina is also passionate about driving innovation through technology and fostering diversity by creating international work environments.
