Katy Clough joined Dechra as Chief People Officer in April 2014, having previously served as Vice President of HR Europe and Rest of the World at AppSense Ltd. With over 15 years of experience at the director level in various industries including software, health, travel, and finance, Clough brings extensive HR expertise to her role. Her background includes significant work in both large blue chip corporations and smaller entrepreneurial companies. Clough’s strengths lie in her strong international experience, leadership skills, and mergers and acquisitions expertise. She operates from the Dechra Head Office in Northwich, UK, where she drives the global people strategy for the group.
