Cooperative Laundry operates two facilities located in Kearny, New Jersey, and San Marcos, Texas, servicing the hospitality sector including hotels, restaurants, and spas in the New York Tri-State Area and Central Texas. The company is known for its fully automated workflow that ensures timely delivery of linens, enhancing guest experiences. Their services include laundry pick-up, sorting, ironing, folding, and utilizing advanced wash and dry technologies. Cooperative Laundry operates seven days a week, aiming to minimize common laundry errors, improve cleanliness, and increase the longevity of linens. In 2018, the company launched North America’s first innovative laundry facility in Kearny, NJ, which emphasizes environmental sustainability. They save approximately 100 million gallons of water and 200 pallets of plastic each year by using eco-friendly and biodegradable detergents.
