Alicyn Cooley

Alicyn Cooley serves as the Head of Legal & Risk, bringing a robust background in both the legal and financial sectors to her role. She previously worked as a lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell, one of the most prestigious law firms, and held the position of Investment Banking Associate at Moelis & Company, where she gained substantial experience in financial advisory services. Notably, Cooley was the second non-engineering hire at Sendwave, where she played a pivotal role in expanding the company’s operations into the UK and European markets. She is an alumna of Yale College and Yale Law School, which provided her with a strong foundation in her career.
