Heonchul Park

Heonchul Park serves as the Vice President of Processor Engineering and has over three decades of experience in engineering and technical management of processor designs. He received his PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California. Park began his career at Samsung and has held key roles in semiconductor design at companies such as Samsung, Siemens, Infineon, and Redpine Signals. At Redpine Signals, he led the engineering team as Vice President. He is the inventor of Ceremorphic’s patented multi-thread processor architecture, ThreadArch®. Park has published various articles, including IEEE Transaction papers, and holds more than 20 US patents.
