Rui Mei

Rui Mei serves as the Chief Scientific Officer, bringing a robust background in biochemistry and nucleic acid enzymology. She earned her PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Michigan and completed her post-doctoral training at Stanford University. Throughout her career, Mei has published over 40 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and holds 20 patents in the field. Previously, she was the Vice President of R&D and genomic service operations at Centrillion Biosciences. During her tenure at Affymetrix, she led the development of several innovative products focused on genotyping, re-sequencing, and gene expression analysis, significantly advancing the capabilities in genetic research.
