Following this, he served as a Consultant at the Department of Urban Local Bodies in Haryana, where he played a key role in creating the draft policy on property tax. His commitment to enhancing governance continued as he took on the role of Chief Minister’s Good Governance Associate in Bhiwani District, Haryana. Additionally, Hari worked with an NGO for one and a half years, implementing municipal reforms in Goa and Jharkhand.
