Aravinda Krishnamurthy

Aravinda Krishnamurthy is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources, with a career spanning over 25 years. She has extensive experience in talent management, talent acquisition, total rewards, and organizational capability building. Currently, she holds the position of Head of People and Culture. Previously, Krishnamurthy served as the Managing Director and Talent Leader for the US India Offices of Deloitte, and has also worked with Satyam Computers and QAI Global. Her contributions have been pivotal in crafting and driving talent strategies that support business growth and professional excellence. She has played a significant role in scaling operations, building teams and processes, adapting to evolving business models, and coaching and mentoring professionals and leaders. Krishnamurthy holds an MA and MPhil in Political Science from the University of Hyderabad, where she was a University Gold Medalist. She also has a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources from Madras University.
