Vishal Saxena

Vishal Saxena serves as the Chief Technology Officer and brings 20 years of extensive experience in software development and product design within the financial services industry. He previously held the position of Managing Director in the Blackstone Technology and Innovations group, where he oversaw application development for several business systems and enterprise platforms. His responsibilities at Blackstone included supporting various business and corporate functions such as investor reporting, HR, public affairs, legal and compliance, fund accounting, and corporate finance. Before Blackstone, Saxena led various software development teams at Capital IQ, a division of Standard & Poor’s, for five years. His career also includes various software development roles at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, and Sapient. Saxena holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, a Master of Engineering degree with a major in Information Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta. He recently joined the board of Reach the World, a non-profit organization dedicated to making the benefits of world travel accessible to classrooms.
