Alexandra Griffon, co-founder and CEO of BlueCargo, graduated from ESSEC Business School and UC Berkeley. She began her career in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Griffon met her co-founder, Laura, while working on yard stacking algorithms at various terminal operators’ systems across the United States and Europe. Together, they launched BlueCargo to tackle inefficiencies, detention, and demurrage fees in port operations. Under her leadership, BlueCargo has expanded from a two-person startup to a team of over 35 employees in just three years, with operations extending to all major ports across the country.
