Justin Sobey

Justin Sobey began his legal career as a litigator, working with prominent law firms such as Baker Botts, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld, and Schmoyer Reinhard. He later joined Sirius Computer Solutions, where he served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. In his role at Sirius, Sobey was instrumental in overseeing legal and human resources compliance, sales and services contracting processes, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and equity administration. He also partnered with the healthcare team to deliver effective technology solutions to hospital systems. Throughout his career, Sobey has gained extensive experience in working with partners and customers throughout the IT sales cycle, showcasing his ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and foster significant business relationships.
