Krista Davis

Krista Davis brings a wealth of experience to her role as Chief Human Resources Officer, with over two decades of executive leadership in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. She previously served as the global Head of People & Organization for the Novartis Technical Operations Division and led People & Organization for the Global Cell & Gene platforms. Davis has been a part of several leadership teams, including the Global P&O divisional leadership team, the Cell & Gene leadership team, and the US P&O board. Prior to her current role, she was the Global Director of Leadership and Talent Management at A.T. Kearny and served as Vice President, Head of HR for North America at Reckitt Benckiser. Davis has also held leadership positions at Catalent Pharma Solutions, Biovail Pharmaceuticals, and Dun & Bradstreet. She earned her bachelor’s degree from McGill University and a master’s degree in Educational Technology from Concordia University.
