Founded in 1955, ALPLA has grown to become a global leader in plastic packaging solutions. The company started its journey in Austria and has significantly expanded its footprint over the decades. Entering the Caribbean market in 1976 and the Asia-Pacific region in 2000, ALPLA has consistently demonstrated its commitment to innovation and sustainability. Notably, it was one of the pioneers in PET recycling, establishing its first PET recycling plant in Mexico in 2005. Today, ALPLA operates 196 locations in 47 countries across four continents, employing 23,300 people worldwide.
