Juliana Spofford

Juliana Spofford serves as the General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Aidentified, bringing over 25 years of extensive legal experience to her role. Previously, she held the position of Chief Privacy Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, where she was responsible for global privacy governance and compliance, including overseeing privacy matters related to cybersecurity incidents. Spofford also served as General Counsel at NetProspex, a B2B data services business, where she played a key role in guiding the company through its acquisition by Dun & Bradstreet. Her earlier career includes a role as commercial corporate counsel for Dow Jones in the data services division post-acquisition of Generate, where she was also General Counsel. She began her legal career focusing on corporate litigation and intellectual property. Additionally, Spofford has been an active speaker on panels discussing data privacy and legal careers and has served as a mentor for the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Tiered Community Mentoring program.
