Darlene Allen serves as the CEO and Executive Director, bringing over three decades of experience in both public and private sectors focused on service development for children, youth, and families. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College and a Master of Science from the University of Massachusetts. Further enhancing her leadership skills, she completed a Certificate in Non-Profit Leadership at Harvard University’s Kennedy School and is an alumni of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses entrepreneurial program. Darlene is a prominent advocate for child and youth welfare on both local and national levels.
