Amy specializes in establishing and enhancing the HR function within rapidly evolving organizations, focusing on areas such as organizational development, leadership team optimization, talent acquisition and retention, training and development, and culture-building. Throughout her career, she has held various HR, commercial learning, and organizational development roles at notable companies including Bristol Myers Squibb, Genentech, Natera, ZS Pharma, InterMune, and Allakos.
